I started this website in 2012 in order to provide information to the public about various issues that I had discovered with the way that the City of Fredericton is run. I was particularly concerned about unlawful actions taken by the mayor, which led me to file the lawsuit detailed in various places on this site. I then included information about the second legal action that I took against the City of Fredericton to force it to release a document that it had been unlawfully withholding from the public.
Now, in 2017, I primarily post information about my advocacy for students of the University of New Brunswick. As I was elected to the Senate, the Board of Governors, and the Student Union Council, I have dealt with a number of issues over the years. The bulk of my efforts have gone into two endeavours: making the Board of Governors more transparent, and making UNB’s funding decisions more rational by spending less on an already bloated bureaucracy and more on fulfilling its academic mission.
Feel free to take a look around, and get in touch with me if you have any comments or questions.
